Ethiopia　コーヒー豆潰し / Mortar 44

こちらはエチオピア南部に住むボラナの人たちのコーヒー豆潰しです。小ぶりですが、焙煎したコーヒーを粉状にするための豆潰しです。潰そうとすると上に豆が上がってくるのですが、丁寧にゆっくりと潰していきます。

他の薬味潰しよりサイズの割には重さもあります。足部分が中をくり抜くような装飾になっているのも凝っています。色味も明るく飾っているだけでもかっこいい商品です。

※食洗機のご使用はお避けください。高温は避け、中性洗剤でお洗いいただき、布巾などで軽く拭き、よく乾いてから棚へお戻しください。
